Who we are

Nordica Bundles is a Shopify app made by Variegata Nordica (Mallory Berthomé). Questions about this policy or your data: mallory.berthome@gmail.com.

What the app stores

• Your store’s address and Shopify access, so the app can open in your Shopify admin and create your offers’ discounts.
• Your offers: their name, tiers, dates, the products or collections they apply to (ids and titles), and how many orders used each one, as Shopify counts it.
• Your widget design and your plan (Free or Pro).
• Messages you send with “Contact support” or “Suggest an improvement”, and the email address if you add one.
• Technical error reports: your store’s address, the page and the error, so problems can be fixed.

What the app changes in your store

It creates one automatic discount per offer, and saves the offers and design in a setting of the app that your theme reads to show the widget. It never changes products, prices, orders or theme files.

Your customers

The app doesn’t read orders or any information about your customers. The discount is worked out by Shopify, at checkout, and the widget makes no network calls from your storefront.

Who processes the data

Cloudflare hosts the app and its database. Shopify provides the store data, runs the discounts and handles billing. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept

When you uninstall the app, your sign-in data is deleted at once and Shopify removes the app’s discounts. Your offers are kept until Shopify asks for them to be erased, 48 hours after uninstalling, so a quick reinstall gets them back. You can ask for your support messages to be deleted at any time.
